When will my card be charged?
      For one-time purchases: Your card will be charged when your order is placed.
      For Subscriptions: Your card will be charged when your order is placed. We will then bill and ship orders every few days onwards! If you ever need to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time from your account page.
What if my order arrives damaged?
      If an item arrives damaged, please send us an email within a few days of receipt with “Damaged” in the subject line and we’ll make sure to ship you a new product immediately!
How do I update my shipping and/or billing information?
      Simply log into your account page to make those updates.
How do subscriptions work and can I cancel easily?
      You can cancel your subscription easily from your account at any time. Or you can reach out to us directly to cancel, simply email us.
How much is shipping?
      Shipping is free! ☺
How do I return an item?
      Making a return is easy. Please email us within a few days of receiving the product and we will send return instructions.
      Shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.
      Shipping time: usually 10-16 days.
      Processing time: usually 2-7 days.
